Paper publishing:
There are two different options for paper publishing and respectively an independent selection process for both of them will proceed:

  • Option 1: The selected papers are going to be published in a special volume of AIP Conference Proceedings https://aip.scitation.org/journal/apc. The electronic series of AIP Conference Proceedings (e-ISSN:1551-7616) are indexed by a number of leading databases, including Scopus and many others.

  • Option 2: The selected papers are going to be published in the volume 31 of Journal of the Technical University - Sofia, Plovdiv, Branch “Fundamental Sciences and Applications”, ISSN 2603-459X

Important dates:
14.04.2025 - Deadline for papers submission 
30.04.2025 - Notification of acceptance 
10.05.2025 - Sending final version, registration and fee payment
15.05.2025 - Opening of TECHSYS'25

* Delays are possible due to extended paper submission deadlines

Paper presentation:
All scientific papers must be presented at the conference and will be included in the conference proceedings.

Both types of presentation are possible: in person or remotely.

 All papers have to be written in English.
